Here she is i never thought i would be selling my favorite car but i am moving and have too much stuff. i have had the bus for two years it was in primer when i got it so i had it painted red and dark brown like the earlier 23 window. i had a lot of work done to it over the time i have owned it including a complete rebuild of the breaking system i had it professionally lowered by the vw expert in town and i had a motor custom built for it. it has the original interior the door pannels are not show quality but nice. it has original safari windows. it has a few cracked windows one of the pop outs is cracked and 3 of the skylight windows are cracked. the seats in it are nice, the rear is original material and very nice, the middle seat has been re-covered. the front back seat is very nice but the bottom seat needs re-covered it doesnt have a head liner in it. the engine is a 1776 with dual 40 idf weber carbs, the case is a brazilian as41 that has just been line bored and new main bearings installed it has a new forged counter weighted crankshaft. the heads are ported and it has an engel 125 cam in it. the distributor in it is a 019 bosch dizzy it has a 1 3/4 inch merged header it moves around town pretty good. the emergency brake doesnt work so let your shipping companies know for your shipping quotes. as far as rust goes its a pretty clean bus, the last owner had put in lower rockers on the driver and passenger side also a complete front floor i can take more pics on request. all in all it is a really fun car to own it gets so much attention its not funny. its a nice bus to take to original vw show but its definitly some work away from being a pristine show car but if thats what you want this would be an easy start. questions are welcome i will answer them as fast ai i can please be patient.
