Up for sale is my 1988 Jeep Comanche with a smooth running low mileage straight 6 cylinder 4.0 engine, automatic overdrive transmission, working 4 wheel drive, and clean ready to drive interior. This Jeeps frame is very clean and has no sign of structural rust issues. I have replaced both the fuel pump in the tank and the brakes lines to the rear brakes and saw no issues anywhere with the frame like most Jeeps have at this age. This Jeep will come with a clear Ohio title. It drives great on the highway and 4 wheel drive pulls it up any reasonable hill. I have replaced all four tires and installed a new set of shocks front and back. Buyer should feel confident they can drive this truck for years to come with little to no issues. Exterior: The body on this car has rust above the wheel wells, on the doors, rear bumper, and tailgate. It appears to be original paint and could use a new coat of clear coat. Glass is in good condition, exhaust has a nice tone to it. No significant body damage but tailgate is dented, rear bumper is rusted, and truck cap lid needs new shocks to keep door open. Lights and wipers work. Interior: Interior is very clean for its age. Dash is really in good condition. The drivers window crank works but needs help raising up randomly. Headliner is not sagging, radio works, a/c needs recharged, heater and defrost blows hot, gauges all work but fuel gauge is off. When the gauge reads a 1/4 tank it's time to fill the truck back up with fuel. It does have cruise control but I did not check it. Transmission has both economy and power mode on dash. Truck interior has no odd smells. Drivetrain: Motor runs great and has plenty of horsepower. Exhaust really sounds quiet when you accelerate. Motor is a 4.0 straight 6 cylinder. I replaced the battery, fuel pump, brake lines, tires, and shocks. It does not overheat or leak, no odd noises. Terms and Conditions – PLEASE READ!!! Collect from the customer the lesser of the two amounts. If needed, I can provide a temporary tag for a fee of $18.50. Payment A $200.00 deposit is required to be paid via Paypal within 24 hours of the auction closing.
