Very nice, extrememly well maintained, super low mile Porsche 928S automatic. Runs and drives great, and interior & exterior are both very nice as well. The silver sand metallic paint shines beautifully, and looks amazing - especially in the sun. The interior is in excellent original condition as well, with only very slight wear to the drivers seat bolster. The car fires right up every time, and runs, drives and shifts great through all the gears. It's amazing how smooth and solid these grand touring cars are at speed. And the power supply just seems endless. So many of these cars have been used/abused through the years, finally here's one that has been meticulously cared for and maintained throughout. The timing belt/waterpump service was completed in a major service in 2005, and less than 2000 miles have been put on the car since. The timing belt re-tension was just performed earlier this year. The car starts, idles, accelerates and runs perfectly. There are only a few very minor known issues, that I mention in the interest of full disclosure: The A/C doesn't blow cold, may need a recharge or update. The odometer just recently stopped turning. Probably the little nylon gear that eventually goes in all VDOs - a cheap/easy fix, and the car has probably traveled less that 250 miles since it stopped functioning. All other gauges and controls work perfectly. As with most 928s, there is a sort of electrical gremin that causes some of the dash indicator lights to come on erratically (coolant light, brake pad light, etc). There are, of course, the typical dash cracks. Matching dash caps can be bought here on eBay for about $100 if it bothers you. The rear Koni's are a bit spongey on bumps, and are probably ready for a recharge. These are all obviously issues that can be addressed over the winter or gradually, as you enjoy this fine automobile. These cars are destined to become collectible, and good, low mileage ones are starting to appreciate already.
