1937 Chevrolet 2 dr sedan. This car has been in the family for 36 years. It has 41,339 original miles. This car has been kept inside out of rain and snow for the last 36 years. The 6 cyl engine was rebuilt several years ago and has less than 800 miles on the rebuild. This car runs and drives good. The paint on the engine has faded. The interior was also redone several years ago and is still in very nice condition. The tires are like new with about 95% tread left. The brakes and all brake lines were replaced a few years ago. The body is rock solid with no rust holes what so ever. This car is straight but the running boards do have several dings on the outside edges. The car was painted blue in 1978. The paint was/is peeling on the fenders and a few other spots. It was touched up/sprayed and the entire car was scuffed to a flat blue finish. The bumpers were rechromed in 78 and the outsides are sill in perfect shape with no pitting at all but the insides did not get a very good job. The two uprights on the front bumper are not original they were misplaced when rechromed in 78 and years ago it was very hard to find them. Im sure one could find them today or repro. Some new seals that never were installed years ago and were told they were for under the hood.
