1996 Mercury Grand Marquis with only 27,388 original miles. The car has a red exterior, which is the original factory paint. The interior is gray with white leather seats. The headliner and dash are in perfect condition. The car starts and the engine runs. It has ice cold air. The car is very clean. This car was purchased in 2008 by my wife's son and had 24,000 miles on it. It has not had much use as he moved out of state. There is no rust. Some of the paint has flaked off on one spot on top of the trunk, on the back bumper, and on the back corner panel on the passenger side (see pictures). There is a crack in the front bumper. This is not from an accident, it is from me bumping into it with a Uhaul truck. Because the car has not had much use the last couple years, it will need a little TLC. The motors for the electric windows are good but the windows are off the track and need to be put back in place. The car could probably use an oil change and tuneup, and some new tires. The tires are not flat but there is some rot from age and I would not trust them on a long trip or for daily use. The battery is only 2 years old. Other than the windows, everything is in working order. I replaced the factory air shocks in the back with new standard shocks. A common problem for this car is that the airbags in the shocks give out and they are expensive to replace. I have done this for you and you will never have to worry about this happening again. This is a solid car that will run forever, with just a little TLC. Car comes complete with original manuel, keys, title, and remote.
