I am selling my 2004 Mercedes S430, in very good condition with the exception of scratch on rear passenger quarter panel and jammed CD player. I have received estimates for both at $300.00 each. Car is used sparely,during the warmer months only and stored during the winter months. Car has not been involved in any accidents during my ownership. Car is fully loaded and has transferable warranty, which expires in Nov 2011. Feel free to ask me any questions and car can be seen locally. Car is still being driven, mileage may be slighly higher at time of sale. Bidders with feedback of 10 or less need to contact me before bidding or bids will deleted. Please may sure that all financing is approved before bidding. Car presently has lien, if paying cash please be aware that lien has to paid and released before title can be signed over to new owner which can take up to 30 days. Third party financing will deal directly with my lien holder. I will try to work with out of town buyers to the best of my ability. Car can be held up to 30 days after payment is made. $200.00 non-fundable deposit is required within 48 hours of auction end, balance within 1week.
