For Sale: 2000 Toyota Corolla CE White Exterior and Tan Interior. Four door. Automatic transmission, power windows and locks, aftermarket cruise control, and am/fm radio with cassette player. 157,000 miles plus and is still being driven occasionally. Car has been well maintained mechanically and had a full vehicle inspection last December. The last 100k miles on this car were highway miles for work. A/C and heater both work excellent. New master cylinder and wipers in March. New tires last year that still have plenty of life left. Interior is perfect and super clean. Vehicle has consistently got 31-33mpg on the highway and 27mpg in the city. All lights, signals, etc are working. Car runs great and has been dependable for me. Starts right up, runs strong, and is inexpensive to operate and to keep insurance on. Imperfections: Body has rust spots and paint peel on Hood, Front plastic, and Front Fenders and Quarter Panels Check Engine light on Airbag light sometimes comes on in dash Drivers side window is slow to roll up and down Small scuff spot on rear bumper Cruise control sometimes needs reset after hitting larger bumps in the road Small canister leak The vehicle inspection in December was done by a proffesional mechanic. Car had an alignment done, pressure check on coolant system, suspension work done, tires rotated, had an ECM scan for trouble codes, smoke test for vaccum leaks. The ECM scan showed EVAP system control fault (check engine light) and the smoke test showed a small leak from the canister vent valve. I was told by the mechanic that neither the EVAP fault nor the small canister leak are affecting the operation or reliability of the car. Mechanically this car is very sound and the mechanic felt it was still a very solid, reliable car that had lots of life left. Kelley Blue book value on this car was $3000 in Fair and $3650 in Good. This vehicle would certainly be rated as fair. The only real set back is the exterior rust and paint peel on the front end of the car. Mechanically its well maintained and is in excellent running condition. The interior is flawless and very, very clean. I use this for my go to work car and small errands. It has been nothing but good and efficient for me. I have clear title in hand. This is a buyer pick up only. Cash only in person.
