PHS Documented 1966 GTO 4-Speed My vehicular interests have shifted away from Pontiacs, so I am selling my 1966 GTO 4-speed, hardtop, project. It is a legitimate, PHS Documented 242 GTO, original 4-speed, fontaine blue with blue interior. I have a clear title and PHS Docs The car is a roller with all the sheetmetal from the windshield back (doors, quarters, etc.) Let me be clear, there no front clip, although there are some parts from the front clip included, but no fenders or hood. The quarters were done on this car, so much of the hard work is done. Also, all the glass is included. I should note the top of the right, rear quarter has a CB Antenna hole. The floors are pretty solid, but do show signs of rust especially under the rear seat. The frame is a little rusty, but is usuable. The following are a list of parts I have amassed and will be going with the car... · Parchment interior and trim parts- Front seats, Rear Seats, windlace, visors, armrests, door panels. Seats need to be redone, but rest of very solid frames and have the seatbacks and base plates. Windlace needs to be cleaned up. The door panels have lemans badging and one has some spraypaint on it. · Dash Pad- Blue Actually in solid condition. · Automatic console- Yeah it's a 4-speed car, the console came with the interior. The base is cracked but can be repaired, but the chrome is pretty nice not much pitting at all. Good restore candidate. Just get the 4-adapt kit. · Tough to Find Aluminum Door Top moldings that run on the top of the door and by the quarter window. YEs, the tough ones! I have a complete set of 4 in decent, driver condition. · Front grill moldings- Again, nice driver condition with all tabs intact. · Door seal moldings- the ones that hold the windown seal around the window · Rocker Moldings- Typical wear and a couple extra holes not bad though. · Left &Right headlight bezels include usual pitting but ok for driver. · Front and rear bumpers, the rear needs a hole repair, the front needs a little straightening. · Hood scoop insert- nice original · New trunk seal- still in the bag · Assembly Manual- Invaluable in putting these babys together. · Miscellaneous- I’ve got some used harnesses, door handles, window cranks. Along with those I have some hardware including some screw sets, new cig lighter and other random misc. little parts you’d need to put these together. Please, Ask questions and don’t bid unless you are making the commitment to buy. I’ve been dealing with yahoos on this car since last spring. This is a killer deal and I want this thing out of my garage! The price is waaaay less than I have invested, but my loss is your gain.
