Here for sale is my 65 SS chevelle for your consideration. I consider this car a respectable driver quality car. IT IS NOT A SHOW CAR, although I have participated in a few shows and people like the car and take pictures of it and vote on it. It has had quarters put on on it before I have owned it. The doors are a a little wavy. It has a small block 350 with a 6-71 dyers blower with twin holley 600 carbs. Makes Between 500-550 horsepower. TRANSMISSION turbo 400. Originally a 4 speed clutch pedal is still in the car. REAREND- 68 Chevelle 12 bolt 4:10 gears. Recently I had a new driveshaft made for it, Installed a new BE-Cool Radiator with a 16" Electric fan. Interior is nice has I believe 66 chevelle bucket seats. I purchased from the RIGHT STUFF a 4 wheel disk brake kit with a dual diaphram booster,dual resevoir master cyl. also included are all the brake lines in stainless steel. Rotors are drilled and slotted and zinc washed, calipers are powdwecoated red. This was originally a 4 speed ,A/C car, tinted glass car which it still retains but has scratches in from over the years. The trunk pan needs replaced, the floor pans have some rot, and would need some pach panels. Again if you are looking for a 100 point show car this is not for you. The car runs,drives, and stops. The wiring looks to be original. The headlights, tailights, brakelights, dash guages and under dash guages all work. The charging system functions properly. The speedometer cable needs replaced. I Would cosider a trade for the following vehicles which must be running driving projects. 69 camaro, gtx, cuda, 40 ford truck shortbed ,3 or 5 window coupe or ???? So I thought I would write some more things. First the price its at now might buy the drivetrain, a 6-71 blower by itself is $3.000.00 Not to mention building a motor to support it. The floors are not that bad at all and only need some small patches. The car had purple flames when I bought it, It just recently had a complete paint. It has all new weatherstripping, new mirrors, and all new SS badges. The wiper pump is shot so it would need a new one. AGAIN this is a Driver quality car but a true SS 4 speed, A/C car. YEAH it needs work but I am not asking $20,000 dollars either. It is a fun car to drive and gets lots of looks. Dont wish you would of bid and regret it later.
