DESCRIPTION This car was purchased in 2008 in Florida and brought back to Alberta. An all Canadian spec vehicle originally from Quebec, currently registered in Alberta, Canada. It has approximately 199,200 Km or 124,500 miles. The paint has a beautiful deep shine and a non-smoking vehicle serviced at Roper Road BMW dealership and Alberta Motor Works BMW shop. A recent diagnosis report produced on Aug 24th, 2011 shows a clean bill of health. It has been kept in storage during the winter months and was barely drive during its time in Alberta. Calculations show that it has been driven for about 3,000 kms since it was first registered in Alberta in 2008. I think it is fair to say that the vehicle is in excellent overall condition, but a few things to note. Small split in driver seat bottom. The interior trim on the driver's side that covers the part the seat belt that attaches to the pillar is pulling off. I managed to play the radio once today but the sound went off after I tried to change the channel, although it was loud and clear when it was playing. I never listen to the radio/CD and didn't notice this before. If you think it might be a non-trivial issue, please check with the dealership. A small dimple under the driver's side tail light. A few door dings and rock chips too small to show up in the pictures. AC works well but could use a recharge. Comes with only one key, and a photocopy of the owner's manual, which has the essential pages but not all. It has pretty much all of the common options available for this model including power locks, parking tilt side mirror, stability control, traction control, ABS, driver and passenger front and side airbags and heated seats. ENGINE No signs of burning or leaking oil. Garage floor where vehicle is parked EXTERIOR No knowledge of any bodywork. It had a dimple under the passenger side tail light since purchase but passed both the federal import and provincial out of province inspections with flying colours. TRUNK Trunk area is clean with the original spare wheel. You can also see the back of the split fold-down rear seats. WHEELS All four tires are Continental ContiSportContact 225/45/ZR17. Some curb rash on the rims as shown. Tires have approximately 6/32" of thread left. CLOSEUP Clean glass all around. Front windshield Dimple under tail light INTERIOR No issues other than a small split on the driver's seat bottom.
