For sale today we have a 2010 BMW 128i 2 door coupe with a clean and clear title. This is a practically new vehicle that was driven into a flooded underpass and the engine ingested water and does not turn over with the starter. We put a wrench on the crank and you can back the engine off of the stuck spot and get it to turn over with the ratchet but when you try to turn it over with the starter it locks in the same spot every time. I don't believe the car was in the water very deep do to the fact the carpet was just damp and we changed the engine oil prior to trying to start it and it was still clean with no water in it either. This is a very clean car with no major damage other than a small dent where the bumper meets the quarter panel on the right rear and a scuff on the rear bumper cover.(See Pictures) I believe the wheels are aftermarket and they are starting to pit below the clearcoat on the outer edges. We are located in Illinois north of Chicago and would welcome anyone interested in purchasing this vehicle to come and see it in person before bidding.
