1993 Ford F-150 Lightning Milage - 36,570 Original Miles I have not seen a cleaner or better cared for First Generation Lightning for sale online in quite some time, do not settle for less and buy the best. Bone stock- Never Abused or modified!! 9.9/10 inside and out ! Look at the pictures and see for yourself Factory Paint- Excellent condition Showroom condition- always a head turner If you are looking for the best and cleanest Lightning for sale online, look no further. This truck is a limited production truck in 1993, only 5,276 lightings were produced, and of those only 2,585 were red ( the only other color produced in 93 was black). This truck is 100% stock, and has never been anything else. It has never been taken apart or modified at all, besides factory recalls, all done by a dealer. Everything on the truck works just like new and nothing is broken or cracked or missing. This lightning was originally sold by Loyal Ford in New Holstein WI, and built in the Michigan Ford Factory. The optional equipment that this truck was purchased with, other than the standard 509A lightning package are : Trailer Towing Package, Engine Block Heater, Sliding Rear Window, Electric Side Mirrors. Other items that are included in this sale are: Full size spare tire, Custom storage cover, original window sticker and full SVT paperwork. The items that have been replaced over the years are as follows: New battery 5 years ago, 4 new Toyo Proxie tires 3,500 miles ago, and front shocks 1,500 miles ago, also a tonneau cover was installed and painted by the delear when new (see pictures). Im sure you can tell by the pictures that this truck is the real deal, and would make a excellent addition to anyones collection. This truck has been adult driven it's whole life and never raced or abused or modified. I am the 2nd owner of this truck and it has always been cared for in the hightest regard. The engine and interior are completely stock with no aftermarket items installed and no factory items removed. Included in the engine for anyone who is unaware of the performance items that come stock on this truck: 351 Windsor block matched with Ford GT-40 iron heads and the matching lightning GT-40 upper and lower intake. Interior overall condition : 10/10 No rips tears/stains or no visible wear on seats or carpet. The factory Ford radio/tape deck is still installed and works great. The dash is in great condition with no cracks or sun fading, and still shines like new. All power options (seats,windows,locks,mirrors) and switches work as new. Engine overall condition: 10/10 All factory items still in place and not removed or modified. The engine looks just as it did coming out of the factory. Look at the pictures, all the hoses and plastic shine and look just like new. You can not find a cleaner engine compartment out there.Even the underside of the hood's paint is still shiny and not heat damaged because I always kept a good coat of wax on it, the engine pictures speak for theirselves. The engine/transmission runs just as good as it looks and everything is mechanically sound and works like new. Keep in mind this truck has the tow package option that includes a trans cooler and capabilites to turn off over drive if needed. The exhaust is stock and although a little quite, it sounds good at higher RPM's and I also hand polished the stock exhaust tips. Exterior condition- 9.8/10 The paint shines just as it did when new, and has excellent depth and looks great. The only flaws are very minor stone chips on the front/rear bumper ( you can not see them unless you are within a foot of the truck, and even then you have to look close). I cannot honestly give the exterior a 10/10 becasue it does have some flaws becasue it does have 36K on it. You will not find a nicer original paint lightning. I doubt you will find a re-paint that looks better than a factory paint job. All the plastic on the outside lining the windows and everything shines great and looks good. Again, look at the pictures and you will see how great the paint and the truck looks as a whole. This truck looks just as it did when it was brand new in 1993. This truck has never been driven in the winter and always been stored inside during the winter and has never seen winter road salt, it has only been driven in the rain a hand full of times. The truck is in excellent shape outside and under and has ZERO rust on body, frame, undercarriage. I drove this truck to Topeka Kansas in 2003 to the first NLOC (National Lightning Owners Club) truck show, and entered my truck into the stock class. Our truck gained alot of attention from the judges because of it's excellent condition and pure stock look. The judges voted it 1st place in that division, and shown in the pictures is the trophy it won. Other than that, I havent shown it at all, or taken it to any other shows or events.I feel my pictures show this truck very well and put it in a different class than anything else out there. Buy the best lightning out there, compare to anything else for sale and you will see that this lightning is what you want.
