This is a PRIVATE sale of a Classic 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 with only 106K miles in very good running and driving condition. NO TRADES - NO RESERVE - Bid to win! This vehicle is SOLD AS IS in its present running condition - The engine and tranny alone are worth the opening bid! Vehicle starts, runs and drives and shifts well in all gears. It has been well taken care of its owner(s) and the engine pulls strong. It does NOT overheat even in blazing hot summer days. There is a steering fluid leak in one of the hoses, not the steering pump. There is some minimal surface rust on the lower panels around the wheel arches but otherwise the body is straight (NO ACCIDENTS) and the paint shows very well for a vehicle of this age and mileage. British Racing Green. The photos below show the small rust areas that can easily be fixed. The interior has leather seats and the seats are firm and in above average condition with only one tear on the driver's side exit side (see photos). The rest of the leather interior and carpet are in nice shape. The AC blows cold and the heater works well.. The instruments and lights work fine. Recent tune-up with all fluids and filters change and spark plugs. Overall this classic Jaguar is in above average condition but of course not in show room condition. The LOW opening price reflects the vehicle's condition and mileage which is far below fair market value.
