Belvidere Police Vehicle Auction The Belvidere Police Department is auctioning one of it's retired police vehicles. Up for auction is a 1998 Chevy Lumina. This vehicle was used by our community service officers until it was parked due to major mechanical problems. The vehicle does not run and does not even start. It was parked at it's present location and doesn't not run now. The vehicle I am told had a bad transmission when it was parked. I would therefore describe this vehicle as a parts car.
