First some history on this Mercedes Benz. I bought the car in Florida from the third owner in 2005. This Mercedes was advertised as "Best in Florida". The previous owner is a Mercedes Benz enthusiast and collector who spared no expense on this car. He invested over $12,500 in new parts and labor. All parts are Mercedes Benz parts, not after market parts and all mechanical work was done by a certified Mercedes Benz mechanic. The car has had a new engine(remanufactured) installed, radiator, struts, bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, steering dampener, idle arm kit, brakes, rotors, brake lines, Starter, Alt, water pump, A/C compressor and evaporator and more. These parts now have 31,000 miles on them. The motor oil looks clean like honey.This car should last many more miles,no need to say the car runs excellent. It drives straight and true, brakes straight without pulling left or right. The transmission shifts as it should.The car has always been garage kept and hand washed and waxed. The interior has no stains, tears or seat damage, headlinner is perfect too. There are no cracks or marks on the padded dashboard it has been covered with a dash cover, the seats were also protected with lamb skin seat covers. Exterior white paint is bright and shinny, the rubber around the windows is soft and plyable. The car has no rattles or air leaks (no wind noise inside). The body on this car is rust free. The car was purchased new in Florida where it stayed untill 2005 then I brought it to Ohio. I have never had the car out in the winter, it has never been in salt and snow. Everything on the car works even the clock and headlight washer- wippers. The cars battery is a year old. OK now for the little bit of bad, the factory Becker radio works but does not have very good sound. I will include another Becker radio with sale. Their are two small dents by the fuel filler cap door. (As shown in the pictures.) The paint did not crack or scratch, just dent. I have been told the paintless dent wizzard could get them out without body work. The sun roof has to be closed slow for about the last inch to make sure the flap is down. I will have to sell the car as mileage not actual due to having the speedometer changed.I do know the correct mileage (145,000) and will include the old speedometer, the recepits for the parts and labor along with all owner manuals will be included with sale. This is an exceptional Mercedes I belive it would be hard to find an other one as nice. Looking at the car you would think it has many less miles than 145,000.
