Up for auction is a 1967 Triumph Tiger 650 4-Speed. Everything has been disassembled, repaired, rebuilt, or replaced. Engine: 1966 650cc New piston and rings .060 over New cranks bearings New cam bushings New seals and gaskets New points, condensor, and chrome single fire coil New stator Rotor remagnetized Voltage regulator/rectifier Late 1966 cylinder head (Bigger valves) New Black Diamond valves Seats cut New valve guides New transmission bearings and seals New clutch friction discs, steels, and springs The frames was stripped to bare metal. Seams and welds smoothed. Then Epoxy painted. 2" longer fork tubes The neck bearings have been upgraded to timken style bearings Wheel bearings have been replaced New chain New Avon Speed Master in front with new tube and band New Avon Safety Master in rear with new tube and band All new cloth braided wiring. Soldiered and shrink tubed New cables We painted the bike. When we painted the tank, our supplier gave us the wrong type paint, and it did not buff out like the fenders. It will need repainted. The rear fender will need touch up around taillight. This bike will start on 1 kick, 2 if she's been sitting. She does have the typical Triumph oil drips. The bike has 300 miles on it.
