This is an extremely clean 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, which is has been in my family since 1985. It started out as a base 4.3 TBI, purchased by my great aunt. At 75,000 miles the 350 c.i. (5.7 liter) small-block Chevy was dropped in. There are some cosmetic flaws (see photos): minor rust visible above the rear wheels, non-visible minor dent in front of driver's side front wheel well, left-front turn signal lens is pushed in, and headliner sags in some areas (very common for GM cars of this era). See and hear this machine at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rda0fQLpago There are additional modifications made to the vehicle with the addition of the V-8: -3.73 posi-traction rear end-headers and dual-exhaust with chrome tips (sounds great!!!)-750 c.f.m. Rochester Quadrajet carburetor -Chevrolet Bowtie valve covers and air cleaner-TH350 Transmission-Steering wheel mounted tachometer-Monte Carlo SS rims and springs-RV cam The engine has 15,000 miles on it and runs great, no issues. It is a mildly tuned engine, so you can expect a very long life from it. Exhaust sounds good, everything runs as it should. This is a base Monte Carlo, so no power windows, locks, or seats. The interior is very nice with the exception of the headliner (easy fix). The car was garaged it's entire life, and driven on Sunday's after the the engine swap as a recreational cruiser. I have some extras I will throw in to sweeten the deal: 400 small block (block only w/ 2-bolt main journal bearing) out of a late 70's Trans AM and an extra 4-barrel QuadraJet.
