Beautiful 1961 Chrysler Windsor Sedan Thank you for looking and Bidding on this 1961 beautifully original Chrysler Windsor (4) Four door Sedan. And a fantastic Driver it is. It has been very well cared for 50 years. All the usual accessory items expected in this high level Luxury Sedan of the mid Century. Power Steering, Power Brakes, Radio, Heater, electro-lumanescent dashboard, controls and instruments. With Pushbutton Torque-Fight automatic Transmission, 413 CI Golden Lion Engine this was superior engineering, above all the competitors; With a smooth ride, safety, performance, and stability; with Torsion Air Ride, Unit Body Construction and Dual front brakes. All this makes for a comfortable and surefooted Freeway Cruiser or Daily driver. Some items which need attention, but are not serious, are as follows.1-The drivers side headlight bezel has a crease, which you can see from the photo below. The replacement parts are included with the car. 2- The original seats were covered sometime in the early days and are period seat cover protectors. There may be some very nice original seats underneath. I can not say for certain what they look like but they are firm and smooth underneath. This is a very presentable daily - driver or perhaps, a drivable project - everything is there to enjoy now. PS: You could drive this to anywhere, anyplace, anytime... An inspection can be arranged at the buyers cost. Shipping: The car is sold FOB Anacortes, Washington. We will help with shipping arrangements and recommendations. Buyer pays cost of shipping. Or you can pick up the car and drive it home.Payment: Payment within 48 hours of sale by at least an escrow deposit via pay pal. A payment in full within 72 hours.
