We just took this vehicle in from a customer who was driving it every day. This is a true NO RESERVE auction that is starting at $1 and will sell to the highest bidder, so bid to buy this vehicle. This vehicle would make nice, cheap transportation for someone with EPA estimates of 33 MPG highway and 25 MPG city with the automatic transmission! Motor sounds good and shifts fine through all it's gears. We have not had this vehicle in for service and make no claims about the condition of brakes, suspension, minor leaks etc. Outside of the FREE WARRANTY (see below) that we are providing, this vehicle is sold as is. This vehicle is relatively clean for the year with some rust etc. All flaws should be pictured. Please look over pictures carefully. The power sliding seat belt mechanisms for the driver and passenger both work properly. Has factory AM/FM stereo that works as well. Note that even though all vehicles 10 years or older in the State of Michigan are sold "miles exempt", this Escort only has a 5 digit odometer, so, even though it is working, the miles may exceed the mechanical limits. That is, there is no way of knowing if the mileage on this vehicle is 92k or 192k. Just want to make that clear. Note: This vehicle is not equipped with air conditioning! WARRANTY: With the sale we are providing free of charge a 3 month, 3000 mile Drivetrain "Plus" Warranty from ASC. This warranty covers the internal motor and transmission at 100% ($1000 maximum payout) and also the water pump, alternator, starter and voltage regulator at 50%. As a bonus, it also has FREE 24 hour roadside assistance and towing. This is all for the first 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first. So, please bid with confidence.
