Here is a rare 1986 Suzuki Cavalcade with 98,909 miles. The mileage might go up up before the auction ends. I am planning to ride it to Columbus, Ohio this weekend. These motorcycles where made for two years (1986-1987) to compete with the Honda Gold Wings of those years. The Suzuki 1400cc definitely outperformed the Gold Wings of those years and it still remain a transcontinental cruiser capable to carry 2 passsengers with heavy loads across States and continents. With a good maintenance as this one has always had, this bike will ride you for more than 200,000 Miles in the many year to come. This bike comes equipped with: - Cruise control (If yopu care about it!) - A radio/cd player in a lockable compartment on top of the gas tank (see picture) - An original manufacturer's repair manual - Lockable luggage cases and trunk For this year, the bike has been thoroughly revised: Carburetors cleaned and synchronized Oil and spark plugs changed New battery installed (receipt available) Complete wiring inspection and connections maintenance The bike is ready to ride anywhere and it is beautiful, very clean and no rust. Any time people ask about it year, they utter a WOW! of disbelief. Things that might need attention on the bike: 1- The speedometer recently stopped working. I don't know if it's the cable or something else. 2- There is a little crack by the right turn signal, caused by hitting the side of the garage about two years ago. Please see picture to figure out how easy that can be fixed, if one cares too much about it. 3- A little crack on the rider seat along the seam line. Very minor and only visible at close proximity.
