This is a used unit. It is being sold “as is”, with no warranty expressed or implied. You have the option of picking up at the dealership or arranging your own shipping. Unless the unit is a street motorcycle or street scooter, you will be required to pay Alabama sales tax in the amount of 4.25% if you pickup at the dealership. If it is a titled street bike or scooter, then you will pay your own sales tax upon registering the motorcycle in your home state. If you are having it shipped, then there is no sales tax. There is also a title fee of $17.20, Title fee is for Alabama residents, You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase Upon winning the bid, you are required to put a $500 down payment via Pay Pal within 24 hours. Currency, cashier’s check, or wire transfer must make the remainder of the payment within 14 days of the auction ending. We do not accept more than $500 via Pay Pal. You will be required to sign a bill of sale and other pertaining paperwork upon pickup. If you are shipping the unit, then this can be done by mail and with a notary public.
