2002 Mercedes Sprinter Van. Diesel. Automatic. White exterior, gray interior. Power windows and doors. Dual monitors (one for the back which is larger, and one in the dash). Stereo includes navigation, DVD, and Bluetooth capabilities. We have loved this vehicle. It is so easy to drive and can turn on a dime. Originally we purchased it for a road trip, but my wife loved it so much it replaced her Ford Excursion. Seating is spacious and you can almost stand up straight when you climb in (kids can stand up straight) There is also tons of storage room. You can see from the photos that while we had it we decided to set up seating for nine and added a full size bed in the back. During camping trips one adult would sleep on top and two kids would sleep underneath. It worked out great! The bed setup just slips right out (is not included in the sale) and is not bolted into the vehicle. We also have the extra three seats that were removed which are included in the sale. They are in good condition and you could bolt them back in if wanted. Seats up to twelve total. Fuel mileage is about 23-26 miles per gallon highway, about 18-22 around town, which is excellent for such a large vehicle. We've never had any maintenance issues and it's been a great reliable vehicle. Paint on exterior is typical of a vehicle that is ten years old and does have some chips, but looks good overall. Small tear in driver's seat, and broken slats on the air vents (it's been that way since we've owned it - see pics). Back A/C works great, front is okay, but doesn't blow super strong? Its been fine, just one of those things that someone might want to check out. We are selling this van because we just purchased a newer version of the Sprinter van (2009) which we love, but also came with a huge price tag compared to this one.
