1989 International Harvester S1600 Series Custom Pickup Truck Up For Auction Is An International S1654 CTS Look-A-Like Truck. Get The Look Of The CTS Without The Expensive Price Tag! The truck has new hydraulic brakes and can be operated without a CDL license. It runs and drives fine and has new tires and wheels all around. It comes with a new hood that has been painted black as well. It is powered by a 7.3 IDI non turbo diesel engine and a five speed transmission with a two speed rear end. All the mechanics of the truck are in good shape but will need the finishing touches to complete the project. The stock exhaust is still hooked up but the stacks are installed. All the stacks need is to be hooked up by an exhaust shop. The air does'nt work either but its all there. Never looked at it. This Truck Could Be Drove Home. This has been a personal project and I am just needing to clean up and liquidate some of my projects. This will make you a great truck and will turn heads everywhere.
