According to KBB.com, this E63, with all of the options you see below, has a Private Party Resale value of $40,510 in Excellent condition. Even in Good Condition, the value is $38,410. This DOES NOT take into account the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty that comes with the purchase! This E63 AMG comes with a Mercedes Benz CPO Warranty and is good to either 100,000 miles or January of 2014. When I purchased the car in January, I paid $3,995 for this piece of mind.
