Rock Solid 1966 F250 Camper Special White over Red paint. Body is solid and complete.. but missing some Trim pieces. Large Dent in the Right side of the Hood and various small dings around the rest of the body, but otherwise pretty straight. Has had some work done in the past.. I can't tell if its the original engine with parts replaced.. or a replaced engine.. but it runs strong when it's running. Transmission is good. Tabbed thru 12/2011 This truck comes with a nice diamond plate tool box with key to lock it. A heavy duty diamond plate rear bumper with trailer hitch and electrical hookup. I bought this truck to tow my boat which I've now sold. The truck hasn't been used all winter and when I went out to charge it up and start it. found that the battery was completely dead. I charged it and ran it, and the next day the battery was completely dead again....so there's an issue and I"m not sure what it is. It had a problem last fall with low idle and was a pain to drive because it would either stall or you'd have to keep the idle artificially high at stop lights etc (but I still towed the boat with it and made trips to Home depot.... just trying to give full disclosure about what kind of condition it's in). Brakes are good.. but doesn't seem to be power brakes.. you really have to step on them.. but they stop the truck/theboat and they are quiet and smooth. Winshield is cracked but hasn't bothered me. All the lights work, fan, wipers, heater, etc. In essence, this has gone from being my work truck to being a project.. and I'm selling off all my projects at the moment trying to hang on to my house. Happy to answer specific questions if you contact me. It's a great truck and if I wasn't having money issues.. I'd keep it around and putter with it till I fixed it.. but for now it's got to go.. and lucky you.. I'm listing it with NO RESERVE, so you might just get yourself a cool ebay deal! Just be realistic.. it's a 45 year old.. unrestored, work truck... so when you pick it up.. expect to drive it up into your toy hauler.. not drive it 200 miles home on I-5.Also.. from recent experience...
