Vehicle Detail
Selling my 1983 Toyota Corolla AE71 4 door. It only has 132K original miles. The car has the factory 4AC motor in it that starts right up and idles. It is an automatic. The body doesn't have any rust other than a tiny spot on the passenger side door. Barely noticeable. The only body damage is a hardly noticable scrape on the right rear wheel well. The rest of the body is in mint condition. Blue with blue interior. Just had all the belts replaced. It has the factory 4AC engine. Aftermarket radio and speakers work. Heat works. AC works but needs a recharge. The car runs and drives. This is probably the cleanest Corolla you will see that has not been modified or had work done to it. I bought it with the intentions of turning it into a high horsepower turbo drift car. Yes, this is a REAR WHEEL DRIVE corolla. But I have too many projects going on and promised myself to concentrate on one and finish it. You will not be disappointed with the condition of this car. I do not have any spare parts or accessories for this car, so please don't ask. I bought the car and haven't done anything with it. I HAVE A CLEAN AND CLEAR TITLE IN HAND. The car currently does not have a catalytic converter as it was cut off and stolen the last place that I had it parked. I have had it sitting in the driveway for a few months and I went out to move it today and the forward gears are not engaging fully. The car does go forward but requires a little more gas as if the torque converter is slipping. Reverse is strong. I drove the car over 50 miles at highway speeds without converter from DC to get it to where it is parked now. So the transmission worked fine when I parked it. Could just need to be driven around. I am able to move it around in the driveway. It can be driven onto a trailer if needed. I'm selling it because I have decided on finishing some other projects that I am working on instead of starting a new one on a new platform. I need the driveway space and hate to see a good solid car just parked unused. The car is dirty in the pictures and still looks nice. I haven't even tried to wash or wax it and make it all pretty and shiny. If your looking at this ad then you know what it is that I'm selling and the rarity of one in this condition. I've seen people try to sell rust buckets on here for near my reserve. I am not desperate for cash or in a hurry to sell it due to financial hardship. Whomever buys this car will be very satisfied with it's condition!
