1991 Honda CT

You are bidding on my all-original (except battery) 1991 Honda CT70 with only 93 miles on it! It is street legal and I have a clear title. Adult ridden only. I bought this bike new in 1991 to use as a pit bike. It spent the next year and a half putting around various Southeast road racing track paddocks at less than 25 mph. My wife really didn't care for the two-wheeler, so I bought her a golf cart. There wasn't room for both in the trailer, so I prepped the bike for storage and put it in the back of the shop. I had planned to put it up for sale in the local paper, but never got around to it and eventually forgot it was back there. A few weeks ago, I was cleaning out that area of the shop and found the bike. I decided that I should go ahead and sell it and did some research on what to sell it for. I had no idea that these little bikes were so popular. I disassembled the carburetor and cleaned it, installed a new battery, changed the oil, aired up the tires, and gave it some fresh gas. It started on the first kick, after sitting in storage for 19 years! The bike runs like new and looks like new with a few minor blemishes. I photographed these as I believe in full disclosure and don't want the buyer to have any surprises or disappointments. There are some scuffs on the left engine cover where my shoe touched the cover while shifting. There are a couple of spots of corrosion on the top of the right engine cover. There is a scratch with some corrosion low on the right fork tube. I could easily have fixed these by replacing the parts, but then it would not be all original. I will deliver the bike for free to a winning bidder within 200 miles of Atlanta. The purchaser can also pick the bike up here. I will crate and ship the bike to any location in the contiguous 48 states. The cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. I will crate the bike for free and provide dimensions and weight. The purchaser must make arrangements with a freight company to ship the bike from their Atlanta terminal. I will deliver the bike to that terminal. Keys and title will be mailed separately to protect the purchaser.
