Thank-you for checking out our toy. We really hate to let it go, but we have recently encountered some health issues that require more money than we have available. This Jeep has a lot of options. The 4.0 liter 6 cylinder engine has plenty of power (190 HP stock) to keep this beauty rolling at a steady speed through the hills of VA. The 6 speed manual transmission is hard to find in these Jeeps and makes the whole Jeep experience so much more authentic. The cruise control will let you settle back and enjoy the ride. This Jeep will hold its speed at 70 MPH in 6th gear without any complaints. In addition, the extra gear helps you roll right past those gas pumps. We have been getting almost exactly 20 MPG on the highway. This Jeep has all the factory equipment for a hardtop. It has the factory rear wiper controls, rear washer line, rear defroster controls, and the entire factory wiring harness. Moving to the other end, the factory fog lights were removed by the previous owner, but the OEM wiring and control switches are all in place. The rear-view mirror has the Thermometer and Compass option with map reading lights for both sides. The sound system is a factory upgrade and has the factory subwoofer built into the center console. The head unit has an AM/FM radio and CD player. The air conditioner keeps you cool on the days you can’t have the top down. The soft top has tinted windows all around and a quick-disconnect option to make the complete removal a snap. Two people can have the entire top off in less than 2 minutes. Of course, it also simply folds back and stores behind the rear seat as well. The rear seat is the “fold and tumble” style so the entire rear space can be used for storage by simply pulling the latch and pushing the seat forward. This model, the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, was only offered from 2003 thru 2006. It offers more space behind the front seats with 167” overall length vs. the regular Wrangler which has 150.2” This makes the Jeep more stable on the roadways and a offers a more comfortable fit for a taller driver and passengers. The tires are a stock size (235/75/R15) and have about ½ of the tread left. All in all, this Jeep is rock solid. When I purchase the Jeep I was told that the Jeep was a theft recovery Jeep and has a branded title. I have a valid VA title in hand and it has no marking or notes of being branded, so you will purchase the Jeep with the same knowledge I had. There has been absolutely no damage or alteration to the drivetrain (engine, transmission, or axles) since it was rolled off of the factory assembly line. The factory hard-top was taken in the theft and so the owner decided just to use the soft-top instead of replacing the hard-top. A brand new hood was put on this jeep. It retained the factory color and the paint shines like new now. I honestly don’t know of anything that is wrong with this Jeep. The are the aluminum alloy directional wheels (15x10) with General Grappler AT2 33x12.50x15 tires. The tires have less then 500 miles on them. They are very quiet and smooth riding tires. I have been very impressed with the ride of the Jeep since the upgrade. I will also provide free delivery of this vehicle in an enclosed hauler for the first 100 miles.
