1972 Olds Cutlass 442, with Blue Stealth 455 motor, pushing over 500 hp. This is not a clone. Made and designed for police dept in Los Angeles County. Built from block up, smokes, has hard rings in it. Rhodes Performance in Somerset, Pa did the heads. Crank, cam, block, heads, all new. Transmission recently serviced and new seals. Rear end checked. Has 3:11 gears, posi-trach, set for strip. Car is an automatic, white leather bucket seats. All OEM GM interior and exterior. Meyersdale Automotive retarded the timing because it ran hot. Factory rally 14 inch wheels and smaller white lettering on the radial tires. 1400 of these motors were ordered for the Los Angeles Police Dept. The numbers match. Motor built in Detroit, body in Canada, and shipped to Detroit, came off Detroit Line 11-24-72 at 8pm. Car recently painted. Chrome is nice, This is a sharp looking car. Interior has a few minor flaws. The headliner on driver's side, above passenger seat has a small hole. The woodlook molding on the passenger door is starting to come off, roll, needs reglued. One or two of the buttons on the drivers seat, leather is coming off, also the cloth behind the passenger seat, rear window ledge, needs replaced. This car is a head-turner, and will move, so you better be holding onto the steering wheel when you stomp on it! Car is painted Meridian Red with white stripes. Will not ship car, buyer must pick car up.
