This is a 3rd owner 1963 VW Beetle. It came from El Paso Texas new in 1963. I have the original bill of sale and title. The car is in great shape, it has the original floor pans that are solid as a rock, the original motor 1200 cc 6 volt with matching numbers on motor and trans, it has 57000 original miles. The motor starts up like a new car, runs and drives great. head liner,visors, original, I did replace the carpet, door pads, and seat covers, added a luggage rack, and windshield visor. Tires are new as well as the spare, the tires are black with white porta walls. am radio, wipers work great, all lights,brakes are new with new lines, 6 volt battery, the car just had a tune up and valve adjustment, with new plugs and wires, gone over by german mechanic. The car cruises nice and straight on the freeway at 65 and 70 miles an hour with no effort. The car is a combo daily driver and show car, you can trailer it home or drive it cross country. Its a real sweet car.the underside was sealed at the dealer in 63 and is very solid, no rust on the car, never thought i would sell it but the time has come. feel free to ask any questions I will be glad to anwser them, and send more pics.
