Because of the Auto Check report, Ebay requires that I list this car with a salvage title. Auto Check is wrong. This car has NOT been junked, scrapped or salvaged. The original owner traded the car in to the Ed Martin Auto Dealership in Anderson, Indiana. (Derrick Manis 800-343-8713) I purchased the car directly from that dealership in December, 2007. The title I received from the dealership was clean. The title I received when I registered the car in Texas was clean. I have a report from the State of Indiana which shows that on the date that Auto Check claims the car was junked, the first owner simply paid off the note and obtained a clear title. I also have the Car Fax report which also shows a clean title. If you are interested in the car, please obtain an independent physical inspection. If the physical inspection verifies the Auto Check report that the car was scrapped or junked, I will pay for the inspection and reimburse any down payment. If interested, I can send the Car Fax and State of Indiana reports to you. Exterior has a few minor door dings. Seats have minor wear from entering and exiting the car, shift boot leather is worn as shown in pictures. The original paint is in great condition except for a small plastic strip behind the sunroof.
