I am selling my "Field Fresh" 1970 Dodge Challenger. I rescued it from a field in 2006 and it has been sitting in the yard ever since. I planned to restore it, but time slipped away. I really don't want to see it sit there and rust away, so I've decided to sell it. It would make a great project car! The body is pretty decent. There is a good amount of surface rust, which makes it look bad, but I believe a majority of that could easily be removed. The worst rust areas are the trunk (which has rusted all the way through. Someone has repaired it previously with sheetmetal.), the trunk lid (The lip is almost gone.), and around the back glass. The gas tank currently resides in the trunk. The back quarter panels has the usual rust spots toward the bottom, as you can see in the photos. The car is a 6-cylinder Challenger. Only 9,929 of these were made. It could easily be converted into the muscle car most people desire though. Most of the interior comes with the car, except the back seat. The bucket seats are still in the car. The front and rear door panels come with the car. A box of miscellaneous parts also comes with the car. It includes the chrome for around the glass, rearview and side mirrors, and other interior parts. Take a look at the photos and bid if interested. I would really like to find a good home for this rare MOPAR. Someone needs to show it a little TLC and bring it back to its former glory. You just don't find them like this anymore!
