i have this 51 packard i dont know much about it so please send me questions before bidding. i hooked up a battery the motor turns over but wouldnt start. dont have time to work on this one so please save it from the scrap yard. interior looks great for the year. there is rust, the only spots ive found where it rusted through were right behind the rear wheels. trunk is rusty but is there and surface rust everywhere else. there is a square cut in the floorboard on the driverside it looks like its there for access to the tranny im not sure if its supposed to be there or not.. chrome looks good except the left piece on the front bumper. it has a dent and the chrome came off but this piece bolts on so you dont have to chrome the whole bumper. back tires are flat i have others to mount on the rims just havent gotten to it yet. again i dont know much about the car except it looked cool so i bought it. it comes with a book called The Packard Club Membership Directory 1996, the Packard Serviceman's Training Book for the Ultramatic Drive, Service Manual Section VII Ultramatic Drive and Your Guide For Operating and caring for your packard. The title is not in my name but i do have it and it is signed. i dont know the miles off hand but will post it when i get home.
