I am disclosing information to the best of my ability. The vehicle is sold "AS IS" and has no warranty. I originally bought the car to fix it up myself, but never got around to doing it. It has been sitting in my driveway covered for a few years and has not been moved. Therefore, I really do not know much about the car as far as condition. I know that it does have rust spots in some areas. When I bought it, I was able to drive it home, however since it has been sitting a while, I would advise towing it home. I cannot guarantee that it will be able to be driven or that it will start. It is a great project car for the right person and once fixed up and running will make an EXCELLENT vehicle!!!
