This is a real RS SS 396 12-bolt 4-speed California car . Restored from ground up . Car was amazingly solid to start with , has all GM sheetmetal rust free . The only aftermarket metal used was a center trunk pan , original one had pin holes . Original color was Corvette Bronze , very rare . I just didnt like that color so I went with black . The paint looks great with no scratches or dings,the body lines and gaps are as near perfect as you will find . RS headlights have electric motor upgrade so they work perfectly.Car still has its original 12-bolt rear end with 3:08 gears . Has a non original M-21 muncie 4-speed rebuilt . Non original engine is completely rebuilt 1971 396/402 block bored .030 has forged pistons , performer rpm cam & lifters , performer rpm alum. intake , 750 Holley carb. . Heads are Hi Perf.closed chamber also rebuilt with new valve guides . Hooker headers , Flowmaster exhaust . Hurst competition plus shifter .All of interior and weatherstripping redone as new .Has 16" American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels .
