1941 Dodge WC 1/2 ton weapons carrier, Good driver runs great, transmission and clutch work fine with no strange noises, Engine purrs, hand brake not working (greasy mess) Rebuilt brakes with new master cylinder, pistons and shoes, new hub seals, 12 volt conversion with original 6 volt generator and relay, New tires and tubes, fuel tank in pickup bed concealed in trunk, missing rear glass, cracked driver door glass, new windshields, passenger door glass is good, hard to find WC 40 cab, fresh correct olive drab paint, not restored, engine and drive train greasy and messy, needs little to finish, currently licensed and driving, truck is real fun to drive to breakfast on the weekends. let me know if you need more info. On Jun-13-11 at 16:28:41 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi all,I just wanted to add a few words about the truck. It is not restored. This truck is 70 years old and has some dings and dents around the vehicle that Olive Drab paint hides in the photos. It is by no means a dented up beater. By the pictures you can see it needs door panels, headliner and seat recovered along with paint in cab. Original fuel tank was rusted out and I have what is left of it for a pattern. I have the original fuel filler neck attached only missing fuel cap. The cab corners are not rusted out but has a rust through at rear of cab where it joins the floor. California surface rust on frame. Of course door, window, vent seals dried up or missing. I know how difficult it can be to buy a vehicle sight unseen except for photos. I encourage you to stop by and take a look and a drive the WC. If you are the winning bidder and are genuinely unhappy for any reason I'm certain we can work it out. Also has 14" rear brakes. The wheels were completely sandblasted prior to mounting tires.
