We are having to relist our Scout due to the previous winning bidder had a fraudulent ebay account. Please do not bid on our scout if you do not intend to purchase it. This is a great truck and deserves to go to a good home. Please bid with responsiblity. Up for auction is a 1979 International Scout 2, 4x4. We have done a lot of work to this truck over the past several months. First off, the scout has a new professionally rebuilt 345 v8 with a cast iron 4 barrel manifold intake a Edelbrock carburetor. The transmission is a T-19 4 speed with Dana 20 transfer case. It has Dana 44 axles with 3.31 gear ratio. The dual exhaust dumps at the rear end. Just about every mechanical part on the truck is either new or rebuilt. There is no rust on the scout at all. The rear floor was replaced with one plate of welded quarter inch steel. Both the front and rear floors were sanded and rhino lined. The seats, door panels and headliner have been replaced. The truck has a six point custom steel roll cage and custom built front winch bumper. The wheels are Scout 2 chrome rallyes with 33x12.5x15 BFG Mud Terrain tires with a lot of life left in them. We recently installed all new Equus gauges with a new dash cover. This truck is a beast. It runs strong and would make a great addition to anyone's collection. The whole bottom side of the scout has been cleaned and undercoated. The cab mounts, rails and floors are solid. The shop light gave it a tan look but I assure you they are solid and coated. No Rust.
