If you are reading this listing you already know that the K75 is the smoothest K bike that BMW ever built. This one is in excellent condition, with under 42K miles. It has brand new ME 880's front and rear and is ready for the long tour. I just put a brand new Clearview windshield with vent on two months ago. The pictures tell the story, it is ready for you to ride home. I will pick you up at the Las Vegas Airport, drive you to Kingman and send you on your way with a full tank of $4.00 a gallon gas. This bike had one owner for most of it's life. A couple of years ago he sold it to a brand new rider that dropped it a couple of times on the left side at parking lot speeds. This nimrod finally had the good sense to sell it before he hurt himself, but not before his dad dropped it in the garage trying to move it. The guy I got it from rode it home to Phoenix from somewhere back east, and being a R bike rider had a problem getting used to running at what seemed like high RPM's at highway speeds (that's what K bikes do). After he did the repairs of the damage inflicted by the second owner and had the bike profesionally repainted he sold it to me. Like most K bikes of this vintage, the ABS gave up the ghost years ago. The only thing a new owner might object to is the height of the windshield. When I bought it the guys at Clearview talked me into a "tall" windshield, saying that it was really quiet....they were right, but for the first time in 40 years of riding I had to look thru instead of over a windshield.....I got use to it, and it is in fact quiet. So, why am I getting rid of it? After over 350,000 miles and 30 years of BMW's, I'm done with the long tour. I now ride a little DR650 on the back roads/dirt roads of Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.
