This is my wife's Jeep Liberty. The water pump bought the farm a couple of months ago. She's in a new car. I intended to replace the water pump, along with the serpentine belt it took with it, and keep the Jeep around for our son who will soon be driving. Never enough time, so it sits. I wanted to at least get it ready for a drive-off, but summer plans are right around the corner - time is running out. Here is the break-down on the minimum required repairs:water pumpaccessory beltengine coolant Here's what I have recently replace:idler pulleycooling fan (2 speed)oxygen sensorignition coil on #1 pistonplugs, all 6tires - less than one year, approx 11k miles Here's the misc details I'd wanna know if buying a fix 'er up:electric windows: driver's side front and rear, passenger side rear are in operable. This does not require spending the $350 per window i was quoted. I have links to a $40 after market kit owners have confirmed works. (again, no time). rear passenger door is jammed from window regulator cable coming-off the pulleyfront break pads look to be 50%. they are the 3rd set - i replace 'em more frequently than necessary because oem pads are cheap, it's easy to do, and it's my wife's carbattery is approx. 14 months old - we haven't run the jeep in awhile, so i've had a battery tender on it On Jun-07-11 at 19:33:46 PDT, seller added the following information: noted added For this vehicle history item: 05/29/2010 LAWRENCEVILLE, GA 116,149 FAILED EMISSION INSPECTION. The Jeep's computer threw an error code. I looked it up - code meant elec fault in cylinder #1. This is why i replaced the #1 coil. Error cleared, passed. noted added It has tan leather seats, not cloth.
