1968 GTO His/Her Automatic. Engine: Runs great date coded 1968 400 engine with GTO heads Number 16 heads I believe. ( Engine is completely stock.) Quadrajet 4-barrel carb with a street dominator aluminum intake. Headers with new dual exhaust and new quiet mufflers. New battery. Engine and transmission was rebuilt at some point. 400 turbo transmission. Brakes: Have been gone through and work great. 12 bolt posi rear end, not sure of gear ratio but a good driving gear. Interior: is all original very decent. Rear seat back at the top has a tear in it. Have new head liner in box. Have also new black vinyl top in box which came original on the car. Excellent vinyl top mouldings. Nice used rust free trunk lid. Has new BF Goodrich tires with original ralley painted rims. Trunk floor has a couple rust holes could easilly be patched. Floor boards are original and rust free. Frame has no damage and no rust. Hidden headlight mechanisms all there except for the bracket that runs the vaccume to both sides of the hidden headlight mechanisms. Exterior: Rear quarters have been reworked at one point and do have some puddy in them but very straight. Doors are straight slight puddy in corners. Fenders bottoms have some rust could be repaired. I have started it up and moved it around the driveway and garage but havent taken it on trips lately, so maybe want to go over before driving long distance. Have rear bumper but has been painted and has a little rust on the corners could be repaired and painted again. Rear bumper is straight. Car is sold as is no warranty. Have 1 gallon of Chromobase Dupont base coat of Flambeau Burgandy which is the original color of the car with a black vinyl top. Car is sold in the United States only.
