Vehicle Detail

Here is a beautiful 1965 TR6 bobber, built by your friends here at TT Cycles. We built this bike four years ago and it has been in a private collection of high end custom bikes. This bike has held it's own parked right next to several original Indian Larry bikes, Chicas biker build off bike ( with the glass oil tank), Choppers Inc. King of New York and many other high end bikes. If it has had one hundred miles put on it since its build, that would be a stretch. We just changed all the fluids and put a fresh battery in and she fired right up and runs as good as the day it was built! The motor is completely rebuilt, from the crank up. Fresh bore on the cylinder, head rebuilt, Megacycle cams, as with all our bikes, anything that needed replacement was replaced! Obviously, all bearings, seals, etc have been replaced. Boyer ignition, Tympanium unit, HD style coil (correct reistance), all new, neat wiring done, all switches (ign, brake, headlight), were all new.!6" rear wheel with Shinko Speed Grip style tire, 21" front wheel with Avon Speedmaster tire. All brakes were new, all cables, Amal carb, are all as clean as the day they were installed. This bike has our custom forward controls with Iso pegs with heel rests. Cycle Shack header pipes with custom made exhaust extensions. The paint is stunning! Candy Root Beer over big House of Kolor F15 metal flake. Antique white scallops with gold leaf and flawless hand pinstriping done by legendary Pinhead GW Ross. This bike has been featured in Barnett Magazine, Apr/May '08. The pictures do not do the bike justice. The color and flake are so hard to photograph! The bike is matching numbers and the only piece removed from the front frame was the tab on the seatpost for the side cover bracket. I have the piece. In 20 years when the chopper craze is over, the bike can go back to stock. This is our way of building customs while not preserving the stock potential of the bike. As a matter of fact,We'll go one step further. We will include with the auction the original rear swingarm frame section and anything else that we have that was originally on this bike! This bike starts right up, idles great, runs strong and stops great! No dissapointments! We encourage anyone local to come by the shop and check it ou! Feel free to call us 908-464-2288. Payment in the form of bank check, wire transfer or cash due within five days of auctions end. Buyer is responsible for all crating, shipping, arrangements and fees. We are in an industrial area and are truck friendly. For our European friends, easy affordable shipping to Thamesport and Rotterdam. Bike has a clear New Jersey title. PLEASE no zero feedback bidders, unless you call us and express you intent to follow through with the auction, your bid will be cancelled. I have described this bike to the best of my ability, however, it is sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied. On May-28-11 at 11:35:28 PDT, seller added the following information: My apologies, the line in the description should read "This is our way of building customs while preserving the stock potential of the bike".
