Vehicle Detail
For sale is my vintage 1980 Honda CB 750 F1 Super Sport . Silver, 18,000 miles, original and unrestored, excellent paint and chrome, excellent running condition, stored in A/C garage. VIN# RC04-2104928. I do have a clean/clear title in my own name and the bike is presently still tagged, registered, and insured. This is a collectors bike! It is part of my collection of vintage Hondas. I'm the 2nd owner since 1990 (3,931 miles). The previous owner and myself are adult bikers and have never raced the bike. I used the bike mainly for long distance trips and my display of vintage bikes. The bike has a Vetter Quicksilver fairing, standard and large windshield (as seen on photos), Progressive springs (and original springs), Corbin seat (and the original seat in excellent condition), Hondaline engine guard and luggage rack. Hard case saddlebags (BMW), detachable. New battery and master brake cylinders. Carburetors recently rebuilt by Honda dealer. Completely tuned up and serviced. The chain has 5,600 miles only. Front tire has 3,600 and rear tire 400 miles, but they are over 10 years old. The tank is clean inside, no rust. As shown in the photos, the bike is very clean and has only a few minor imperfections. Pipes in very good condition. The local Honda dealer said recently, that this is the cleanest CB 750 he has seen. The bike comes with: a full size Dowco cover, Tour King rain cover, Battery Tender, original tool kit, clean owner’s manual, Honda Shop Manual, Clymer and Haynes workshop manual, standard seat, rear foot pegs, 2nd windshield, original style head light, new spare clutch and carburator cables, complete maintenance history. Terms of the auction. A deposit of $500 is due via Paypal or US Postal Money Order within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of the close of the auction via Paypal, Postal Money Order, or Bank Check, or any other agreed upon payment, prior to shipping or pick-up. All shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. I will assist in any way I can, but I will not ship the bike or choose a shipping company. Neither the bike nor the title will be released until the full balance of the auction is paid and cleared through an approved form of payment. I will store inside for free if you need some time to pick up. If you have any questions about anything regarding this auction, or need more photos, please feel free to contact me by e-mail or phone 910-794-9350 prior to bidding, and I will assist you in any way that I can.
