up for sale is a 1934 ford pick up.it has a flathead engine,the guy i bought it from says its a 1949,i dont know for sure.it also has a ford 9 inch rear end with a automatic c-4 transmission.the frame is custom built ,no other info was given to me on it.this project comes with no vin number..i am selling it with a bill of sale only..as-is..buyer is responsible for getting it registered.the story i was told when i bought it was it was bought from ebay ,about two years ago , as a complete running and driving truck...the truck was a manual transmission and due to the tight space inside the truck the guy converted the truck to an auto..he spent @ $1200 for a brand new conversion kit from t.c.i,..it has no miles in it..he took the drivetrain out as well as all wiring...it came with a new wiring kit and I paid to have the whole truck wired,headlights,tail lights,horn,ignition etc..then we gave up because of the work it needs from this point on to finish..the engine needs to be raised up a bit to fit the hoses for the waterpump,right now its too low and the hoses would hit the frame,the drive shaft needs to be cut to fit the new trans,the master cylinder needs to be relocated,its hitting the new crossmember,the radiator is located in bed and the plumbing is there but needs to be connected up front once the waterpumps and goosenecks are hooked up,the battery needs to be mounted somewhere,it was inbetween the two seats but removed to make more room.and it needs other odds and ends,nothing a mechanically inclined person with some time couldnt do..we did put oil in it and connected a battery up to it temporarily,thats what you see under the truck,and it fired right up..we couldnt let it run long but it does run..i really dont have someone to finish it for me,thats the only reason im selling it,its just gonna sit and the summer will be gonebefore its done so im giving it a chance to sell..once again it is a project,i do not have any paperwork for it and really no other history to tell regarding who built it and where it came from..buyer is buying it as is.this is a cool project and a great chance to buy a well sort after vechicle..if it does sell please be ready to pay for it and pick it up as quickly as possible,i do have it listed locally so i reserve the right to cancel auction at any time.zip code is 02909.thank you for looking
