65 Mustang Coupe Selling with No Reserve. This is originally a 6 cylinder car converted to a 302 V8 with a C4 automatic. Both the engine and transmission were rebuilt prior to car being parked about 16 years ago. The car needs complete restoration including but not limited to the trunk floor, quarter panels, wheel wells and floor. Replacement parts will be included for the quarter panels, wheel wells, trunk floor, front and rear valances. The front end of the car is in decent shape as the fenders and hood were painted a few years ago by a high school auto body shop, they have also done the body work on the door and those are ready for primer. All of the glass is intact. The seats are also intact but will need to be reupholstered. Many other various parts will be included, not limited to two additional left fenders, new outside door handles, extra deck lid, extra left door. The car will sell for what ever the final bid is, without reserve. The buyer is responsible for transporting the car off of my property within 30 days at his or her own expense. If the final bid is above $600 I will include a 8 inch rear end from an original V8 car. If the final bid is above $900 I will also include a pair of V8 car front spindles and center (drag) link. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due within 24 hours of the auction closing, the remainder of the final bid is due within 10 days. The car will not be released until any checks (cashier or otherwise) have cleared. The car has power steering and PS pump is included. It also originally had A/C and will include the compressor, the under dash unit is not present. When the engine was switched to a V8 a brand new (16 years ago) dual exhaust system was added.
