Vehicle Detail
Up for auction are two pickups for one price... I have a 1949 and a 1953 Chevy 3100 plus many parts to sell as a lot. there is enough to make 2 pickups complete and parts of a 3rd vehicle. I have 2 clear titles that I got from the original owner. I found these sitting in a barn in Iowa and got the parts and one truck in the shed for a project later on. The more complete one I literally drove into the shed 3 yrs ago. I had planned on getting them up and running but was diagnosed with cancer so I am selling it to cover some of my medical expenses. As you can see there is a lot of parts, not all are shown. The doors, glass and other parts from the one outside are in another shed and I started working on them. There are 3 hoods, 3 sets of door, at least 3 grills (all of which have some dings), fenders in need of some body work, 2 boxes (only one endgate), another set of running boards in need of repair, motor parts, and a lot of little parts. The box on the one in the shed is just sitting on the frame for now. I have a set of 4 of the aluminum rims as shown in the pictures that go with it. The picture of the rim shows the worst of the fenders on the one truck. Also note there is little rust to the truck in the shed, it is a very solid barn find. I can store the truck and parts for quite a while if needed, and can help you load it when you get here. Look over the pictures and email any questions. I am located in SE South Dakota, easy to find. If you wish to look at it before the auctions ends contact me by email and we can get together. Pickup only, you do have to come and get it with a trailer. Also to the winning bidder I have a 350 with transmission that I would let go for a very reasonable price. The motor and tranny have about 60K on them and has a newer Edelbrock carb and intake. They came loose and took out the flywheel and part of the trans. case by one of the bolts but would still make a great powerplant for the truck. Good luck, Thanks...
