This is a true Euro 1983 928. As you can see in the pictures, it still has the euro front and rear bumpers and side marker lights. As far as I can tell, nothing on the car was converted to US specs. Even the guage pod, when you turn on the key, all the words are in German. It is also a factory 5-speed car and non sunroof, which makes it a very very rare car. I purchased the car from a tow in lot in Alabama, it will only come with a bill of sale. I towed the car home and it has sat since. I know it needs a starter. I never had the car started. The engine is NOT locked up. I turned it with a socket, and it feels to have good compression. The interior in the car is rough at best. The front carpet is not bad, and the door panels can be repaired. The rear seats will have to be recovered. The front spoiler is broken, and it has one rust spot on the passanger side rear quarter window. The paint has flaked off on the front bumper, and one spot on the rear bumper. The mileage reading is in KM, not miles. It has a set of BBS 3 piece wheels on it. One of the tires kept going flat, so I replaced it with a stock phone dial. The BBS wheels have curb rash on them. Not sure how long it has been since the car was started. I have had it almost a year, and the tow in lot had it for a year, so I'm going to say at least 2 yrs. The car is a 1983. I had to list it as a 1980 due to E-bay would not take the VIN number Car is located 15miles north of Nashville Tennessee. Car is sold as is.
