Consignment sale for a young couple with another child on the way....family helped them out with more economical station wagon and this Bronco needs to be sold, so here it is. Everything I know and state in the ad is how the previous owner described it and what I have noticed: 1989 Ford Bronco XLT 4-wheel drive SUV with removeable top, efi 5.0L-V8 engine, automatic transmission with overdrive for highway use, power steering, brakes, locks and windows, tilt wheel, am-fm-cassette stereo, air conditioning, lockout hubs, hitch, rear spare, rear window defogger, original owners manuals, current 04/12 state inspection (recently done), etc......Daily driver for previous owner. Over $1500 spent in past year for: all recently new sensors (o2, t.p.s., air and maf sensors), catalytic convertor and back exhaust, master cylinder and one or two brake lines, all four matching tires which have super low miles and are in excellent condition!! Before last year the transfer case had been rebuilt, new battery and the radiator was replaced. Body is solid overall but has had some minor rust repairs/touched up areas around wheel wells/lower body edges and drivers rocker but nothing major and nothing structural. All just done to keep up solidness, safety inspections and good appearances. No major rust and the underneath is also solid with good solid/original floors, solid body mounts, spring hangers and frame. Front bumper has some dents and so does one front fender and the splash pan below grill....see pics. Again, nothing major but I have to mention it. Tailgate/window does not work/open but gate seems pretty solid overall and has minor rust on bottom but not major as far as I can see. Solid overall and looks very good. Paint is still pretty decent overall but has some touched up spots here and there but again, still looks very good and presentable. Folks, this is a 22 year old truck.....NOT new and NOT perfect or a show truck. It has been kept after as a daily driver with good appearance....thats it. It is still far better than alot of old Broncos out there on the roads! Interior has a small tear in drivers seat and a sagging headliner but all in all good condition and looks great. Drivers power window sometimes needs help up but power options all work, heat and radio work, a/c all there and hooked up but blows warm...needs freon charged/serviced for summer. Temperature guage does not work....was checked out and the guage itself is bad but coolant/temperature checked out normal, does not overheat or run hot. Other guages appear to work properly. Truck starts up and runs very well with no odd noises or smoke, idles smooth and is quiet and revs up strong. Transmission shifts properly and Bronco drives/handles the road very well. I drove to gas station, grocery store, another 6-7 miles out the road and back, checked out the 4x4 and it seems to run, drive and work very well and I had no problems. Thats what I know folks and you buy it as is, so please come check it out, drive it and ask all questions....BEFORE you bid. This was previous owners daily driver, it is inspected and runs/works good and looks good. Selling at NO RESERVE so someone will get a GREAT deal on a good old Ford Bronco!!
