This 2007 Civic LX Coupe is adult owned, has never seen snow, rarely seen rain, just received a stage 3 detail from Kealty Auto Detail in SF (http://www.kdetail.com/), and literally needs nothing. Just a new owner. I am only selling because I work 2 blocks from home and drive about twice a month at this point. Service History Recent I just had the car to the local dealer to have the 30,000 mile service done about a year ago. It received a checkup at Anderson Honda in Palo Alto 4 months ago. Brake Fluid flushed Clutch Fluid flushed Manual Transmission Fluid changed Engine Oil and Filter changed Pollen (HVAC) Filter changed Brakes Cleaned and Lubricated Tires Rotated and Balanced Wipers Replaced General The oil is changed every 2500 miles a local shop Brakes are currently at ~80% of life left in the front and 60% of life left in the rear. The front brakes were changed about a year ago and the rear ones did not need to be changed. I had them checked at my appointment 4 months ago and they did not need to be replaced and I was quoted the above numbers. Tires are basically brand new. Tires start at 10/32" tread and these are still 10/32". They have ~300 miles on them. Issues Someone backed into the side view mirror. It is loose but stays in place, just shaking slightly when you exceed 90 mph. There are no marks on the housing. There are some slight scratches around the silver outside rim of the wheels. This is less visible on the silver part as the black kind of dominates your eye (see pics). 2-3 tiny scratches on the body around the car from shopping carts and whatnot. Minor, but I feel like they should be disclosed. General Car Information I bought this car brand new from South Bay Honda in November of 2006. I have been the only owner since then and have driven 95% of the miles, the rest were driven by my father. I paid off the car about 6 months ago and hold the title.
