The paint shines all around, and there aren't any notable dents or dings. Autocheck shows no accident history, flood history or any other problems. The interior is clean, and also very good shape - obviously a reflection of the low mileage on the car. The leather seats have no holes, burn marks rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in fine shape. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar. The driver's seat adds memory. There are also power adjust pedals, so almost anyone can find a comfortable driving position. The rear seat in this Town Car is roomy and comfortable. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
