1963 Rambler American Station Wagon. This thing is Surf ready. Surf mobile. all original. Original paint, door panels, seats, dash, engine, transmission. California to Arizona car, no rust.   Flash-o-Matic Transmission has been rebuilt, 3 Speed Auto Trans. Engine Displacement-195.6 cu in (3.2 L), 90 horsepower Cast-iron block. (L-head) Flathead 6. Single Barrel Carburetor rebuilt. Starter/Solenoid rebuilt. Converted to alternator, new electric fuel pump, new hoses, new belt, new fuel filter, new battery, all new wiring with a fuse box under hood for relay with all new fuses. New brakes all around with new brake lines, new master cylinder, new drums in the back and new brake pads all around. brand new tires, maybe 50 miles on them. I have original Technical Service Manual for it along with the Original Sales Catalog that I purchased from eBay. Both in great shape and in the photos. I have White Wall paint, was going to paint them myself. Extra parts include mirrors, gas cap, hubcaps and speedometer cable. no radio, never was, like I said all OG. Seats are pretty worn, but original so they can be restored back to new. Brand new Mexican blanket seat covers. Dash is perfect, all gauges work except speedometer. Headliner is good, only two tears. steering wheel is new, got out of junkyard and matches car perfect with colors, looks brand new. All chrome is perfect, grill is perfect, bumpers are in great shape, all emblems are there and in great shape. Mirrors are in great shape. Tail gate works, locks, opens with ease. All windows roll down and doors lock and open and shut tight. New Ignition Switch, lock and cylinder with Delco Keys.  Engine runs perfect, starts every time. No AC. windows, side vents and under dash vents in the front. For you Rambler experts, Body # 065574, Model #6308, Trim # 302-C, Paint # 45-A. Only a few dents on body, not bad, easy work. Easy to see in photos, front fenders and drivers side door has a small straight line dent. This car is almost perfect and I hate to see it go but moving. This car is a cruiser. I love this car and hate to see it go, will even through in used surfboard I bought to throw out the back for car shows. On Apr-05-11 at 08:59:48 PDT, seller added the following information: Things that it needs: (that I left out) Weather stripping on doors and tailgate.  needs New Windshield, its the original one, has a crack all the way from left to right.  seat frame is cracked, and welded horrible, needs a good weld.  small rear seal leak on trans, needs new seal.  minor dents and dings, and a few scratches. needs minor body work. paint is good, but of course can always be re painted. door panels need some help, (as seen in video) small rear seal leak on trans, needs new seal.  About 90% finished. engine runs strong, could be daily driver. body is about 90% done, interior needs work, dash and wheel perfect.  Reserve is low and fair,  Needs some TLC.
